The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) and Texas Arkansas Purchasing System (TAPS) are purchasing cooperatives that have contracted with vendors to provide furniture and equipment at discounted prices. TIPS/TAPS is available for use by all public and private schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other governmental entities in the state of Arkansas.
